Abstract

command to the chief judge of Sofia and to all judges, to the lieutenant governor of Sofia, aides-de-camp of janissary commanders, janissary guards, notables of the province, and functionaries that are stationed on the road to Sofia and Plovdiv, to ensure the safe journey of Grand Ambassador Virmont to Istanbul;
all officials are ordered to make sure that the ambassador travels safely and that there are no shortage of provisions during his journey to Istanbul;
all officials should fulfill their duties as required by the order and not harm the honor of the Sublime State; otherwise they will be punished
