Die Partner des Projekts haben dem Institute for Habsburg and Balkan Studies der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften die Erlaubnis erteilt, Faksimiledaten im Rahmen des QhoD-Projekts zu veröffentlichen. Abstract
The letter from the grand vizier to the Austrian emperor, sent through the Grand Ambassador Graf Wolfgang IV zu Oettingen-Wallerstein, reaffirms the mutual friendship between the two empires that was recently confirmed through the peace treaty. The grand vizier acknowledges Graf zu Oettingen-Wallerstein’s arrival, the delivery of gifts, and the reception of the goodwill letter from the emperor, emphasizing the importance of maintaining harmony and fulfilling treaty obligations. The grand vizier assures the emperor of his commitment to peace, mutual affection, and the timely execution of treaty terms, with hopes that their renewed friendship will continue to flourish.
