Die Partner des Projekts haben dem Institute for Habsburg and Balkan Studies der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften die Erlaubnis erteilt, Faksimiledaten im Rahmen des QhoD-Projekts zu veröffentlichen. Angestellte dieser öffentlich finanzierten Institution haben Bilder der Archivquellen erstellt oder gesammelt sowie deskriptive Metadaten erstellt. Die Inhalte der Quellen sind nach dem österreichischen Urheberrechtsgesetz nicht geschützt, nachdem die SchöpferInnen der Werke wie auch ihrer materiellen Träger jedenfalls vor mehr als 70 Jahren verstorben sind (§§60-61 UrhG); weiters sind diese Quellen überwiegend zum amtlichen Gebrauch hergestellt und genießen damit keinen urheberrechtlichen Schutz (§7 UrhG). As the Ottoman Grand Ambassador is not close enough yet, the commander of Belgrade advised Oettingen-Wallerstein not to cross the river Sava, as it would be difficult to provide his entourage with the necessary supplies on the other side of the river.;

As soon as the Ottoman Grand Ambassador reached Carlowitz, Oettingen-Wallerstein left his camp to meet him at the border.;
The Ottoman Grand Ambassador complains about an inspection of the ships he used by Habsburg officials and that several people were taken from his entourage. He threatens to make an official complaint at the Sublime Port about this incident. As far as Oettingen-Wallerstein can tell, the people in question reached out to the Ottoman Grand Ambassador out of their free will. Holding them back would not be much of a benefit to the emperor. It is because of this incident that the Christian prisoners at Belgrade are being held back.;
The Ottoman Grand Ambassador insits that a different offical shall assist him during the ceremony of the border crossing and not the one who was involved in the inspection. But sudden snoe and cold winds made the Grand Ambassador change his mind and return to the usual procedure. During their meeting, the Ottman Grand Ambassador heavily complained about his negative experiences. Oettingen-Wallerstein tried to be diplomatic but ended the meeting quickly.;
Duing the On arriving at the other side of the border, Oettingen-Wallerstein discovered that most of the supplies that should have been prepared for his entourage were missing or in a bad condition. He complains about the high costs to substitute the supplies.
