Abstract
Request to the emperor to receive information about the definition of the border line. Oettingen-Wallerstein and Lackowitz did not tell anyone about the negotiation about the border line happening in Vienna. The definiton of the border line is coming to an end soon.;
Maurokordatos complains about the imperial command and asks the emperor to intervene regarding the debts of the people of Debrecen. Oettingen-Wallerstein doubts that the transylvanian house would be a good medium to pay Maurokordatos.;
Ragusa isn't able to pay the annual tribute.;
The contract with Moscow has been signed and should be send to the emperor soon.;
Oettingen-Wallerstein follows the emperor's instructions to treat Maurokordatos with care and respect so that he does not feel overlooked or insulted, in order not to jeopardize the negotiations. ;
Oettingen-Wallerstein discussed Thököly's future residence with Maurokordatos. The Ottoman side sees no obligation to comply with Habsburg's demands in the peace treaty of Karlowitz.;
Four Hungarians, who are supposedly loyal subjects of the emperor, are being held captive by Thököly, and the imperial envoy proposes to support their release through diplomatic and financial measures, provided that their loyalty is confirmed.;
Oettingen-Wallerstein proposes to appoint a reliable Catholic German as resident in order to maintain diplomatic representation.;
A Carmelite priest recommended by Count Lamberg causes problems in a sensitive diplomatic-ecclesiastical matter.;
The Polish envoy is dissatisfied with unfulfilled promises, demands his dismissal.;
There are difficulties and limitations faced by the imperial envoy in securing the release of Christian prisoners from Ottoman captivity after the Peace of Karlowitz. Oettingen-Wallerstein asks the emperor for clear instructions and funds in this matter.;

The French ambassador is reprimanded and humiliated by the Ottomans in Constantinople.
