Die Partner des Projekts haben dem Institute for Habsburg and Balkan Studies der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften die Erlaubnis erteilt, Faksimiledaten im Rahmen des QhoD-Projekts zu veröffentlichen. Angestellte dieser öffentlich finanzierten Institution haben Bilder der Archivquellen erstellt oder gesammelt sowie deskriptive Metadaten erstellt. Die Inhalte der Quellen sind nach dem österreichischen Urheberrechtsgesetz nicht geschützt, nachdem die SchöpferInnen der Werke wie auch ihrer materiellen Träger jedenfalls vor mehr als 70 Jahren verstorben sind (§§60-61 UrhG); weiters sind diese Quellen überwiegend zum amtlichen Gebrauch hergestellt und genießen damit keinen urheberrechtlichen Schutz (§7 UrhG). Oettingen-Wallerstein reports two deaths occured in his retinue, one unresolved, the other following a dispute between soldiers.;
Constantin Brâncoveanu, prince of Wallachia, sent a delegation to the grand embassy which presented gifts to Oettingen-Wallerstein and requested good relations with the Habsburgs, to which the grand ambassador states his opinion regarding trade and assaults by Habsburg troops onto Wallachian subjects.;
Hungarian rebels exiled to the Ottoman Empire have been settled and supplied in the mountains east of Sofia and the Ottomans expect them to cause trouble and be eliminated completely in the future. Oettingen-Wallerstein also mentions that Imre Thököly awaits him in Constantinople, while his wife and son supposedly died.;
Oettingen-Wallerstein once again remarks on the good treatment he is subjected to by the Ottomans, even easing his financial burden and advises Vienna on how to handle the Ottoman grand embassy in return.;
Regarding christians unwillingly detained in the Ottoman Empire met along the way, the grand ambassador reports that he took an orphan boy with him and paid for the freedom of 14 women from Habsburg lands and some Polish families and sent them to Transylvania through Wallachia, having ensured the support of the prince in advance. He asks the emperor to aid in this matter and praises his interpreter Lachkowitz for his efforts achieving that.
